", my boyfriend and I walked through all the different stores. We were really thirsty and we came upon this Boba shop! We were so surprised at how delicious the drinks were. We actually came back about an hour later in order the exact same drinks again!! We ordered the Mango Rose Tea-Lemonade and Lychee Green Tea, both teas had a very good flavor and were rich with the actual fruit flavor instead of a fake synthetic syrup! I also like the fact that they added real lychee to the green tea Boba drink! While you wait, there’s a cute little grocery store inside and I really liked the unique items that they had. Since I only had a carry-on sadly I couldn’t buy any of the spreads since they were more than 4 ounces! I will definitely look for them online, but I loved the Boba at this place!! I mean, drinks!! Hee"

"I’ve gone here quite a few times when downtown and I can say that it is one of the best places to get some refreshing drinks!. Staff is extremely nice and quick. My favorite place to get strawberry lychee green tea and brown sugar matcha latte!!!"

"Tea and Milk is located on the lower level of Chelsea Market — a cozy spot with lots of interesting drink options for every taste. We ordered the Chai, which I really liked; it wasn’t too sweet and was very refreshing, and the Pumpkin Spice Milk Tea, which surprisingly tasted just like eating a seasonal cake. If you enjoy tea drinks or love trying new flavors, I definitely recommend it!"

"Located on the lower floor of Chelsea market inside the Asian supermarket, Tea and Milk is a cute boba stall. They have a variety of milk tea and fruit tea drinks, as well as some coffee options. Service was kind and quick. I ended up ordering the Jasmine green milk tea with grass jelly and it was delicious. I got 30% sweetness and it was so light and refreshing, while still satisfying my craving for milk tea. Would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area!"

"This bubble tea shop is so hidden that many shoppers at Chelsea market don't even know about it but every time I’m around the area I make sure to always go! The drinks are always made with love to the perfect sweetness. I hope more people become aware of this hidden gem because it’s the perfect place for a casual hangout. I usually never leave reviews but I just lovee this shop!"

"Took awhile to find! It’s hidden inside a small grocery store on the lower level. I got a Thai tea with boba and enjoyed it. A little expensive compared to some other boba places in the city, and they left out the jelly in my friend’s drink. But they did fix that."

"It’s downstairs in the market. It’s tight with no seating just for them but some in the open area. But it’s very crowded on a weekend. Just ordered one and it was ready fast. Checked in on yelp for 10% off. I got the classic with signature cream half sweet. Usually I am good with half sweet but for this one the tea flavor is a little strong so maybe I should have gotten 75% sweet. Still good though. They tell you to shake it up. They just call out the drinks. Not your name or a number. If they are making them fast enough, they shouldn’t have any mix ups. I do like they will sub your milk without additional fee."

"Tea and Milk is tucked away on the underground floor of Chelsea Market—who knew it even had one after so many visits? It’s part of a small Asian market that also has a kimbap shop and an Asian bun shop. I ordered the Strawberry Lychee (regular sugar, regular ice). It was a bit too sweet for my taste, so next time I’d go for less sugar. It also had a floral note, which I don’t usually love, but in this drink, it worked surprisingly well. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area, especially if you’re in the mood for bubble tea and exploring this hidden part of Chelsea Market!"
